Terms & Conditions — bdtji Platform Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bdtji", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bdtji platform and its operators, accessible at https://bdtji.io.
• " Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdtji platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on the bdtji platform following successful registration.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, casino tables, and ancillary features made available on bdtji.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted by bdtji to a Player.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under our compliance obligations.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all platform operations.

By creating an Account, logging into bdtji, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and bdtji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or arrangements, whether written or oral.

bdtji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified in the request may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all Bonuses forfeited, and any deposits returned after deduction of winnings accrued during the underage period.

To access the full range of bdtji Services, you must register and maintain a valid Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on bdtji. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein, subject to our fraud investigation procedures.

Account Verification (KYC)

bdtji applies KYC procedures in accordance with responsible operator standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and payment methods:

• Government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, not older than three months)

bdtji reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Player's lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal request.

bdtji accepts deposits exclusively via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• bdtji does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any anonymous payment instrument.
• bdtji does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited into your bdtji Wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
• Deposits credited by error must be reported immediately. bdtji reserves the right to reverse erroneous credits at any time.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are from lawful sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active investigations into your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during operational hours (06:00–24:00 BST daily); bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered Player.
• Any active Bonus funds or amounts subject to an outstanding Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirements are fully met.
• bdtji reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before approving withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• If a Player has not placed any real-money bets since their last deposit, bdtji may withhold withdrawal processing pending a review of account activity.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

bdtji may from time to time offer Players promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, which shall be read as supplementary to these general Terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be limited to one per household, IP address, or device.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired Bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• bdtji reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at its absolute discretion, including in cases where there is evidence of abuse or where these Terms have been breached.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Players or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• Where a Player requests a withdrawal before fulfilling applicable wagering requirements, bdtji may deduct the outstanding bonus amount and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.

All sports betting activity on bdtji, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other markets, is governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform.

• Bets are accepted only on markets that are explicitly listed as open on the bdtji platform at the time the bet is placed.
• All bets are final once confirmed. bdtji will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet once the confirmation screen has been displayed, except in circumstances where bdtji determines that the bet was accepted in error due to a system malfunction or manifest pricing error.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error (a price clearly published at odds that are obviously incorrect), bdtji reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Wallet.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day; these limits are displayed within the relevant betting market.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to network latency. bdtji reserves the right to void live bets accepted after the outcome of the relevant event or action has been determined.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type shall apply as published in the full bdtji Sports Rules document.

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned to Players. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period are not payable.

• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.

• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdtji staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the bdtji platform — including but not limited to the bdtji brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdtji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdtji platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any bdtji content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Game malfunctions, delayed settlements, or erroneous odds caused by third-party game providers.
• Losses arising from decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the platform, including live odds, scores, or statistics.
• Any loss of winnings or profits, howsoever arising, beyond the amount of the single relevant stake placed by the Player.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdtji's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

bdtji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bdtji will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the bdtji platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of any available balance.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdtji operates as an online entertainment platform targeting the Bangladesh market.
